Property viewings are offered either in person, when you are in the area or via video walk through / Virtual Tour if you are not in the area. Contact the advertiser of the listing directly to make arrangements.

Utilities such as electric, water, internet, tv service are usually not included in the rent, but often already set up, especially electric nd water. Sometimes you need to set up internet and TV services, because people have different needs for those. Check the listing or discuss it with the advertiser to understand which utilities are included and which ones you need to set up.
